Jennifer & Mark were married today in an American style wedding with Korean & Japanese influences. Their eleven year relationship was celebrated among close friends and family with an intimate 98 guests. The wedding party; made up of close friends and family, also included their beloved Ben. Their furry friend has been with them for quite some time and considered a member of the family; to no surprise on why Ben served as their ring bearer. Their guests were treated with the best of the best with an open bar, including Japanese beer favorites: Asahi & Saporo and a 4 course meal. Plus a fabulous wedding cake by Nancy Kay’s Confections. Jennifer really wanted a tall cake, so Nancy created pho tiers to compensate for the height. The top 3 tiers were the real cake…it was flawless! Available for those who worked up an appetite on the dance floor, was a buffet of midnight snacks, including nothing but comfort foods, served in a chic style of course. These included: Mini cheeseburgers, Lobster quesadilla rolls with jack cheese & avocado, Grilled Shrimp cigars and Pigs in a blanket. Contributing vendors for this event:

Today I attended the Association of Bridal Consultants, Los Angeles Chapter annual networking meeting. As always, it was a beautiful event and a pleasure to have provided the “Candlelight” for the evening. This is an event where I got to reconnect with vendors like:
Nesly Palacios of Nesly’s Floral Designs
Rev. Clint Huft (celebrity weddings – married Trista & Ryan from the Bachelorette)
Rivre Works
and of course our host’s for the evening… Chameleon Chair Collection
The event was a success. PHOTOS COMING SOON...…

What a fun wedding! full of love, life and good people. I absolutely enjoyed working with Tania and Manny. They both enjoyed each process of the planning and never took any of it for granted. Both of their families from Bolivia and Mexico were very loving & giving in this celebration. The DJ/MC kept everyone on the floor and was a hit with all the guests. A special shout out to Richard of Mijo Entertainment; you were great!!

Today was a special day for a quirky bride. I had the pleasure of coordinating Monique and David's eclectic wedding day. They married at a landmark in South Pasadena: The Rialto Theatre. A historic peice of the town and special place for the couple. If you'd like your wedding on a marquee, this is the place to have it. After the nuptuals, the couple celebrated with friends and family at the Holiday Inn Media Center in Burbank. It was a fun celebration with a variety of goodies and entertainment for everyone. Yesterday came off beautifully as the Design that Dana and I came up with came to life. This 'Big Fat Greek Wedding' (in Malibu) included Ouzo flown in direct from the Greek Islands. Dana and Christos looked radiant as they celebrated the night away with friends and family from all over the world. The cake top was also flown in from the famous baker of the Food Network; Duff of Ace of Cakes. The cake artwork was surrounded by a variety of mini cupcakes from Vanilla Bake Shop in Los Angeles.
